Here's How to Best Use this Website

At the top of the page are four categories each with its own drop down menu.  Just point your mouse to each category and you will see all the pages under the category.  The categories are Page Index which contains information on each of the suburbs of the Atlantic Seaboard as well as a wealth of other information including assistance for foreign investors and much other useful information which will assist you in making the best decision for you.  The Newsletter category contains Steven’s monthly Newsletter, The Facts Not The Hype.  Here you will be able to read the current status of the property market as well as my predications and then compare them to what has actually happened!   The Apartment Prices category contains information on the average price sold for apartments for this year as well as historical information.  Here, you'll be able to see the average price paid by area thus avoiding the possibility of overpaying and also price information by size in square metres of apartments.  House Prices shows the prices for houses for the current year by area as well as the historical sold prices. Thus.  you can see the growth in prices by year for each area.  The last category describes each of the Cape Town Suburbs and also in more detail each of the Atlantic Seaboard Suburbs.

Steven's Current Real Estate Accomplishments
